Help me, help mums. You can do this by clicking below and buying me a Hot Chocolate. Sounds silly right? But it really isn’t. Every time you buy me a hot chocolate, you are investing in me to help more mums.

I am excited to share with you my free online community, ‘The Unlikely Mummy’s’ group over on Facebook.

A little about me, I’m a mum of one very unpredictable 2-year-old boy, I have spent this time trying to figure out the parenting journey. While overcoming Postnatal Depression, let’s all just admit there are good days and many more bad days but we somehow get through it.

You may recognise my face and or voice from representing mums and talking about the post-6-week mother and baby check with BBC Women’s Hours and Channel 5 News. A cause I was able to support with NCT (National Childbirth Trust). You may have also recently seen my face on Martin Lewis’ money show which was aired on Thursday 10 September, ITV, I was the one in The Unlikely Mummy orange, I was really hard to miss. 🙂

I wanted to start this supportive community for wonderfully amazing women like you so I can share my tips, tricks and experiences to help you in your journey.

Joining the ‘TUM’ community, you can expect to receive:

  • Toolkits on motherhood and parenthood
  • Food guides
  • Exercise tips
  • Wellbeing advice
  • Live features
  • Sleep help
  • Mindfulness techniques
  • Postnatal Depression support
  • Motherhood support
  • Relationship support

I’m not proclaiming that I know everything but if I don’t know the answers I will find it, or reach out to the community for support. After all, supporting women is where the magic happens!

This is a confidential community for mums built by mums to understand and work through the challenges we face, to support each other, and ask questions. I want everyone mum to feel empowered and comfortable without the fear of judgment. The Unlikely Mummy Community is here to help you feel like what you are feeling is ‘normal’ and we can find the answers together.

This will be an open and friendly like-minded group for mums who would like a safe place to be themselves while finding their own way as a mum.

Still unsure if this is for you – check out my video at the end of the text.

I can’t wait to welcome you into my community.

See you in there.
